Warehouse Forklift Operator 1st Shift

About This Role

Operate forklifts and perform various warehouse functions to support distribution and manage inbound products. This role ensures timely and accurate handling of materials in a safe supply chain environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Adhere to performance measurement guidelines of the contract
• Execute accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging of products, and loading/unloading of trucks
• Handle day-to-day paperwork such as picking sheets, returns, and bills of lading
• Provide technical and maintenance support for the automated packing system during core production hours
• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Clean driving record and personal vehicle
• Ability to travel within the area approximately 25-50% of the day
• Strong technical aptitude including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, scanners, and WMS system entry
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs unassisted
• Ability to work both indoors and outside
• Ability to lift and/or push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to work using health and safety methods
• Must be available to work on a flexible schedule on various work shifts

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One (1) year or more related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
