Join Ferguson as a Warehouse Associate to safely operate equipment, handle customer orders, and maintain a clean and safe facility. This role involves using technology for order management and adhering to safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders
- Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
- Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders
- Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material
- Clean the workspace and participate with the team in keeping the facility clean, safe, and accident free
- Adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE), which includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.
Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid state driver's license
- Ability to lift items that weigh up to 50lbs regularly
Qualifications
- 1-2 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management is preferred

- 1-2 years warehouse experience in shipping, receiving, delivery, or inventory management
- High attention to detail
- Comfortable in a fast paced, changing environment
- Positive demeanor, dependability, and strong work ethic
- Self-starter with ability to learn systems quickly
