Warehouse Associate

About This Role

As a Part-time Warehouse Associate, you will manage and maintain inventory, handle products, and make local deliveries for a leader in industrial distribution. This role is crucial to the efficient flow of products and inventory management within the branch.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain branch inventory
• Receive, pick, package, ship, and cycle count inventory
• Make local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older
• Current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located
• Ability to meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented
• Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY)
• Pass a background check, required by a customer/contract serviced by this location

Nice to Have

• Previous experience receiving, shipping, sorting or managing inventory
