Warehouse Associate

About This Role

This Full-time Warehouse Associate role involves managing internal inventory, handling inbound and outbound products, making local deliveries, and maintaining a safe warehouse environment for a leader in industrial distribution.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain branch inventory
• Receive, pick, package, ship, and cycle count inventory
• Make local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform other duties as needed to ensure branch success

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Ability to learn and perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Highly motivated, self-directed and customer service-oriented
• Attention to detail and strong sense of urgency
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
• Ability to lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs
• Pass the required drug screen

• Previous experience receiving, shipping, sorting or managing inventory
