Walmart Retail Specialist

About This Role

As a Retail Specialist, you will ensure Premium's client brands stand out at Walmart stores by driving product availability and executing retail merchandising activities. Your efforts will connect customers with brands they love in one of the largest retailers in the world.

Responsibilities

• Locate merchandise in the backroom of Walmart stores and place products on the sales floor
• Stock and pack out products to ensure availability for shoppers
• Front face products to maintain appealing shelf appearances
• Receive, install, and place marketing and promotional materials as outlined in instructions
• Build displays to showcase client products as needed
• Answer simple, step-by-step questions within Premium’s field technology on a mobile device to report work
• Take photos of completed work to demonstrate success
• Represent Premium and clients in assigned Walmart store(s)
• Partner with Walmart store management and associates to ensure tasks are completed
• Collaborate with direct manager via email, phone, and text

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
• Access to reliable transportation to travel between multiple retail locations
• Smartphone with data and internet access for reporting and photo uploads
