Wireless Sales Professional

About This Role

As a Wireless Sales Professional, you will connect shoppers with wireless products and solutions inside Walmart Supercenters, meeting and exceeding sales goals through proactive conversations and personalized recommendations. Your retail efforts will ensure successful setup and activation of new products for buyers.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed sales goals by executing new phone sales, upgrades, and accessory bundling.
• Proactively start conversations with Walmart customers.
• Explain wireless solutions to buyers in simple, easy-to-understand terms.
• Recommend personalized product baskets to buyers.
• Teach shoppers how to enjoy new products through successful setup and activation.
• Keep wireless planogram displays fully stocked and in flawless condition.

Requirements

• Driven to learn
• Ability to stand/move for 8-10 hour shifts
• Flexibility to work during peak times, including weekends, evenings, and most holidays

Qualifications

• Prior sales experience or existing knowledge of the wireless category is not mandatory, but you must be driven to learn.
