Waitstaff

About This Role

As a Waitstaff, you will provide exceptional customer service to residents in a senior living community by taking dining orders, serving meals, and assisting with dining room operations to ensure a pleasant experience.

Responsibilities

• Set and clear tables in the dining area
• Take residents’ dining orders and provide excellent customer service
• Review menus with residents and familiarize new residents with dining procedures
• Assist with the preparation, delivery, and cleanup of daily meals, banquets, and special events
• Foster a strong sense of teamwork with colleagues and build positive relationships with residents
• Clean and sanitize carpet, tables, chairs, condiment containers, and dining room equipment

Requirements

• Basic reading, writing, and math skills
• Effective verbal and written English skills
• General knowledge of sanitation and safe food handling practices

Qualifications

• No experience needed; on-the-job training provided.
