Warmly welcome customers, present menus, and serve food at tables, providing prompt and courteous service. This role contributes to making a meaningful impact on customer experience by ensuring satisfaction in a non-tipped service environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve food to customers at a limited number of tables, using proper rules of etiquette
- Greet and seat customers, presenting them with menus
- Accept payment, refer customers to the cashier, or operate the cash register
- Assist others in the preparation of foods and properly store food
- Attend work and show for scheduled shifts on time with satisfactory regularity
