About This Role

Lead and expand the accounting and finance functions for a private equity-owned company, focusing on month-end close, working capital management, process improvement, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Drive an efficient, standard, and scalable month-end close process, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements.
  • Manage working capital, cash flow, expenditure approval, and trade working capital to maximize free cash flow.
  • Develop and manage a 13-week cash forecast and critical working capital KPIs.
  • Develop, improve, and roll out financial policies and procedures to support company growth.
  • Monitor FASB accounting pronouncements and assess their impact on consolidated financial statements.
  • Lead the preparation of the annual budget, mid-year re-forecasting, and other financial analysis.
  • Oversee tax compliance, ensuring timely payment of payroll tax and filing of tax returns.
  • Oversee Treasury operations, including timely processing and reconciliation of payroll direct deposits and client invoice payments.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience
