This role is for a visual storyteller with graphic and motion design expertise, who will collaborate with creative and marketing teams to produce visually impactful brand assets for various channels, shaping the brand's look, feel, and emotional resonance.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate across creative and marketing teams to conceptualize and deliver multi-platform brand initiatives.
- Own the full creative lifecycle from ideation to execution for web design, social/digital campaigns, sales enablement content, and video/motion design.
- Design high-impact marketing and brand assets aligned with corporate identity and storytelling standards.
- Contribute fresh, strategic design thinking to elevate visual marketing and user engagement.
- Lead the creation and editing of high-quality video content using appropriate effects and transitions.
- Build motion graphics and animated content supporting key marketing messages.
- Develop storyboards and direct video production in line with campaign briefs.
- Maintain organized workflows, timelines, and project tracking systems for timely delivery.
- Apply best practices in digital design, accessibility, and brand compliance.
Requirements
- 5-7+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics
- 1+ year experience in a B2B marketing or content environment
- Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design, Advertising, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience
- Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating conceptual thinking and storytelling across a variety of media
- Experience in directing or collaborating on live video production and applying visual identity standards consistently
- Excellent project management and time management skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to collaborate across departments
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Art, Design, Advertising, or a related field; or equivalent professional experience.
- 5-7+ years of experience in graphic design, video editing, and motion graphics, ideally within an agency or in-house creative team, plus 1+ year experience in a B2B marketing or content environment.
