This Virtual Sales Executive role delivers marketing-generated sales presentations via screen-sharing technology to convert prospective owners into purchasers and reload existing owners. The position involves developing relationships, tailoring sales experiences, and ensuring accurate completion of sales contracts to drive organizational success and owner satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Deliver marketing generated sales presentations over the computer using screen-sharing technology
- Effectively use sales techniques and processes to convert prospective owners into purchasers and reload Owners
- Develop relationships with prospective owners by soliciting and following up on referrals and leads
- Cater the sales experience to the individual needs and preferences of each potential owner
- Follow through with the sales contract process to ensure all required paperwork and documents are completed accurately and timely
- Maintain the customer relationship after the sale to ensure continued owner satisfaction and develop future business opportunities
- Answer owner questions regarding use of properties and location amenities, making recommendations
- Monitor contract processing to minimize rescission decisions and ensure timeliness of closings
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Private Office in the home for work and computer equipment
- Proficiency in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft programs including Outlook, Excel and Team
- Active and in-good standing professional Real Estate License where mandated by law
- Minimum 2 years of on-site timeshare sales experience with documented performance results
- Open availability Monday through Saturday, mornings and evenings
- Residence required in Florida, Nevada, Utah, Arizona, or South Carolina

- Two years plus related face to face timeshare sales experience
- Experience in virtual sales methodology
