Virtual F&I Specialist

About This Role

The Virtual F&I Specialist establishes and maintains professional relationships with current dealer customers. This role leads the delivery of deals for VFI On-Demand Dealer Partners by following the VFI Sales Process and generating revenue through the sale of F&I products.

Responsibilities

• Lead in delivering deals for VFI On-Demand Dealer Partners by following the VFI Sales Process
• Generate revenue for dealer partners through the sale of F&I products
• Achieve performance targets and objectives
• Maintain a foundation level of product knowledge
• Communicate clearly with the end consumer of the transaction
• Conduct Virtual F&I transactions by leading the VFI Sales Process (Interview, Menu, & Upsell)
• Stay on VFI calls throughout the completion of the Retail Installment Contract for Dealer Partners to secure deals
• Answer questions about F&I Products available
• Answer Questions on RIC contract
• Isolate and overcome client objections using JM&A tactics (Advanced F&I, Core Closes, Sales Tools)
• Keep detailed records of activities completed and performance data for Virtual F&I
• Communicate daily to Dealers and internal stakeholders on the progress of Virtual Initiatives
• Participate in Dealer Meetings and Sales Calls as needed

Requirements

• Experience working in Retail Automotive
• Experience as an F&I Manager
• Detail-oriented with flexibility for changing priorities and tight deadlines
• Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Proficient with Word, Excel, Powerpoint, and StoneEagle
