About This Role

The Vice President, Partnership Strategies and Solutions serves as the senior relationship leader and trusted advisor for Sodexo's largest Healthcare enterprise accounts, managing relationships with $50M+ annual revenue clients. This role involves owning enterprise governance, resolving escalations, and developing multi-year strategies to expand client share of wallet and strengthen confidence.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary executive relationship owner for the account, building deep partnerships across the client’s C-suite and system leadership
  • Develop and lead a 1–3-year enterprise account strategy aligned to client priorities, system initiatives, and Sodexo growth objectives
  • Chair executive governance (e.g., steering committees, executive business reviews) with clear agendas, decisions, actions, and follow-through
  • Own escalation resolution, leading complex issues to closure by aligning internal leaders and maintaining client trust
  • Identify and shape growth opportunities across sites and services
  • Qualify opportunities and engage Sales when ready, partnering closely while maintaining accountability for the overall client relationship and strategy
  • Build and maintain a forward-looking growth roadmap and pipeline narrative for senior leadership visibility
  • Establish proactive voice-of-client loops and use satisfaction signals to drive action across internal teams
  • Package and communicate value with executive-ready storytelling
  • Maintain oversight of contract governance, obligations, change controls, and compliance with key Sodexo programs

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise account management, strategic client partnerships, customer success, or complex commercial roles
  • Demonstrated success leading large, multi-site, highly complex client relationships with senior executive stakeholders
  • Proven ability to chair executive governance, manage high-stakes escalations, and drive decisions through ambiguity
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to build share-of-wallet expansion strategies and translate them into executable roadmaps
  • Experience with complex contract structures, contract stewardship, change controls, and procurement/renewal dynamics
  • Exceptional executive presence, communication, and stakeholder management
  • Proficiency with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) and comfort using data to tell a clear story

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in enterprise account management, strategic client partnerships, customer success, or complex commercial roles (Healthcare preferred); 10 years minimum management experience; 7 years minimum functional experience

Nice to Have
