About This Role

Conduct detailed vehicle assessments and coordinate with dealerships, ensuring accurate inspections and seamless operational workflow. This field-based role involves traveling to dealerships and submitting electronic inspection reports.

Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed vehicle inspections (engine, transmission, interior, exterior) using a mobile application
• Submit accurate inspection reports electronically
• Travel to dealerships to assess vehicles prior to sale, ensuring compliance with operational standards
• Communicate regularly with operations and sales teams to maintain workflow efficiency
• Coordinate directly with dealerships to support vehicle preparation and inspection timelines
• Distribute marketing materials to dealers to support sales efforts

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive experience (mechanic or equivalent technical role)
• Familiarity with key components such as differentials, transmissions, lower end of engine, and transfer cases
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to travel locally to dealership locations
• Proficiency with mobile technology and digital inspection/reporting tools
• Customer service

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on automotive experience (mechanic or equivalent technical role)
