This role is for a strategic visionary to lead the Advisor Desktop Experience, an AI-powered workspace aimed at simplifying advisors' workflows. The strategist will define the long-term vision, translate design insights into capabilities, and orchestrate delivery across multiple functions.
Responsibilities
- Own the vision and multi-year roadmap for an integrated, AI-enabled advisor desktop
- Shape and prioritize new capabilities to simplify workflows and improve advisor effectiveness
- Develop and maintain advisor personas, map end-to-end advisor journeys, and produce blueprints for product strategy
- Lead across Product, Engineering, Data, and CX Research & Design functions to align on outcomes
- Partner with data and platform teams to embed AI capabilities responsibly and measurably
- Establish OKRs and success metrics (adoption, efficiency, satisfaction) and instrument the experience for insights
- Provide thought leadership and persuasive storytelling to influence senior stakeholders
- Ensure advisor desktop complements and extends industry-leading CRM platforms and enterprise desktop suites
Requirements
- Enterprise UX and/or Product leadership in complex, multi-application desktop experiences
- Hands-on experience with industry-leading CRMs (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, Salesforce) and large enterprise desktop suites
- Demonstrated experience design expertise: persona development, journey mapping, blueprinting, and translating insights into product requirements
- Track record of thought leadership and domain expertise in advisor/wealth, financial services, or complex B2B workflows
- Practical experience shipping AI capabilities (assistants, summarization, recommendations, intelligent search) with attention to data quality, safety, and measurement
- Exceptional communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills
Qualifications
- Experience in enterprise UX and/or product leadership in complex, multi-application desktop experiences
Nice to Have
- Experience with design systems, information architecture, service design, rapid prototyping and componentized UI patterns for large-scale environments
- Familiarity with micro frontends or modular product architectures; integration patterns across CRM, telephony/contact center, and knowledge systems
- Exposure to governance and operating models that sustain product excellence
- Background in advisor practice management or client service workflows
