Used Vehicle Manager

About This Role

Lead and manage the used vehicle operation at a new, state-of-the-art BMW dealership. This role requires a driven and extroverted leader who excels on the sales floor, focuses on details, and develops their team to deliver a premium customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front on the sales floor, coaching in real time and setting the pace.
• Train, develop, and elevate the team through daily interaction, clear standards, and consistent follow-up.
• Price, appraise, and position inventory with urgency and strong attention to detail.
• Deliver a premium guest experience worthy of the BMW name.
• Maintain a clean operation, ensuring inventory accuracy, reconditioning standards, deal structure, and compliance.

Requirements

• Proven success managing a high-volume, high-performance used car operation
• Confident closer who understands how to structure clean, profitable deals
• Strong working knowledge of VAuto and modern inventory tools
• Naturally outgoing, competitive, and comfortable leading people
• Detail-oriented with the ability to move at a quicker-than-normal pace
• A servant leader who holds people accountable while having their back

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Proven success managing a high-volume, high-performance used car operation.

Nice to Have

• BMW experience is a plus
