About This Role

Guide case teams to solve high-impact strategic business issues for clients by managing Associates and Associate Consultants. Provide breakthrough insights and deliver actionable advice to client senior management.

Responsibilities

Break down and outline the client’s key strategic issues
Design and supervise the team’s core research tasks and analyses day-to-day
Develop presentations and other deliverable structures
Participate in the communication of project conclusions to client senior management
Provide guidance, mentorship, and feedback to more junior staff

Requirements

Currently enrolled in an MBA program with an expected graduation date of May or June 2026
Prior relevant business or professional experience

Qualifications

MBA with an expected graduation date of May or June 2026
Several years of experience in roles that require problem-solving, structured thinking, and impact-driven decision making
