About This Role

The Link to L.E.K. program is an immersive virtual experience for PhDs, MDs, and PharmDs to explore life sciences strategy consulting and the Life Sciences Specialist role at L.E.K. Consulting. Participants will gain hands-on experience through a simulated case and network with life sciences consultants.

Responsibilities

Learn about L.E.K. as a firm and the type of work performed
Gain hands-on experience working through a simulated case with Life Sciences Consultants
Present findings to senior management
Network with life sciences team members at all levels

Requirements

Currently enrolled in a top PhD / post-doc, MD or PharmD program within the Life Sciences (e.g., biology, pathology, chemical engineering, etc.)
Interested in pursuing full-time consulting opportunities in 2027
High degree of comfort with quantitative analysis
Outstanding record of academic achievement, notable extracurricular interests, and demonstrated leadership and initiative
