Unit Coordinator

About This Role

The Unit Coordinator manages day-to-day operations and quality of services within adult residential programs, providing administrative supervision to the clinical team and carrying an ongoing resident caseload.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day operations of adult residential programs
• Ensure appropriate and efficient services are provided to residents
• Provide administrative supervision for the clinical team
• Carry an ongoing caseload of residents with direct service provision
• Track and report outcomes from the residential program
• Provide additional clinical leadership physically present at Alum Creek one late night/week

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, education or related field
• Experience working with individuals effected by substance use disorders and/or homelessness
• Valid State of Ohio LSW/LPC/LCDC III/LISW/LPCC or higher
