The Unit Coordinator manages day-to-day operations and quality of services within adult residential programs, providing administrative supervision to the clinical team and carrying an ongoing resident caseload.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of adult residential programs
- Ensure appropriate and efficient services are provided to residents
- Provide administrative supervision for the clinical team
- Carry an ongoing caseload of residents with direct service provision
- Track and report outcomes from the residential program
- Provide additional clinical leadership physically present at Alum Creek one late night/week
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, counseling, education or related field
- Experience working with individuals effected by substance use disorders and/or homelessness
- Valid State of Ohio LSW/LPC/LCDC III/LISW/LPCC or higher
