About This Role

Manage Undersea Systems Programs for a government client, ensuring production schedules are met and resources are utilized effectively. This role involves cost and schedule management, risk mitigation, customer communication, and business development for new opportunities in the undersea systems space.

Responsibilities

• Manage Undersea Systems Programs to ensure production schedules are met and system resources are utilized effectively
• Establish proper relationships between customers and coordinate resolutions to production-related problems
• Responsible for cost, schedule, performance, and risk identification/mitigation on projects
• Handle day-to-day through strategic level customer communication
• Conduct business development activities related to undersea systems, including seeking new opportunities and developing relationships
• Support proposal and report review processes, assisting communication efforts for Undersea Systems
• Conduct meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings for programs and new business development
• Document and communicate the results of Undersea Systems Program efforts to cross-functional teams and management
• Allocate resources and maintain cost efficiency
• Support new and follow-on business capture management and strategy development related to Undersea Systems

Requirements

• Minimum 12 years of experience related to Undersea Systems Program Management
• Extensive experience and network within the Undersea systems space
• Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills for the labor category
• Ability to handle business development activities within the undersea systems space
• Master's degree in technical field or business administration, and educational experience in Undersea Systems related-area
• Security clearance (TS with SCI eligibility)
• CAC (Common Access Card)

Qualifications

• Master's degree in technical field or business administration, and educational experience in Undersea Systems related-area
• Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
