About This Role

Support a federal government client as a Senior CI Specialist, focusing on training and certification. This role involves identifying and assessing foreign intelligence efforts and developing CI strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on U.S. persons, activities, and interests
  • Apply understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities / activities and U.S. and foreign partner CI capabilities and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contribute to developing Cl strategies
  • Conduct, develop, produce, and present programs of instruction in specified collection operations TTPs, and related or supporting processes relevant to human intelligence and technical intelligence operations
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge and understanding of labor category activities required to meet mission requirements
  • Demonstrate mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue developments affecting tradecraft methodology
  • Define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks
  • Demonstrate in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulate key findings
  • Work independently and with minimal to no oversight
  • Review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards, and adequate support for conclusions; routinely test analytic rigor of analytic products

Requirements

  • TS/SCI with CI POLY or ability to obtain CI POLY
  • Graduate from an accredited CI Special Agent credentialing school & provide certification
  • Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years

Qualifications

  • Master's Degree or Bachelor's Degree with additional 5 years of related Senior experience
  • Minimum 12 years of experience related to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years
