About This Role

Serve as an Unarmed Security Officer in a hospital setting in Dothan, AL, ensuring safety and compliance with procedures while supervising inmates receiving medical care. This role involves maintaining a professional demeanor and accurately documenting all required tasks.

Responsibilities

• Complete all required tasks correctly and professionally
• Ensure all policies and procedures regarding inmates are documented and followed as instructed
• Ensure all documentations are noted correctly and legibly
• Follow company attendance policies and procedures
• Supervise inmates receiving medical care/treatments
• Ensure and enforce all laws, rules, and policies within scope of authority
• Provide a high level of customer service

Requirements

• 1+ year of stable security experience
• 21 years of age or older
• ASRB (Alabama State Regulatory Board) Guard Card
• Neat in appearance, grooming and hygiene
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background investigation
• Reliable transportation and phone
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Must be a U.S. Citizen or provide documentation allowing residency and authorization to work
• Basic computer knowledge

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of stable security experience
