Truck Driver - Class E

About This Role

This truck driver position involves the safe and timely delivery of goods to customers, requiring coordination of transportation plans and maintaining assigned vehicles. The role is crucial for ensuring efficient logistics operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull orders for delivery in a timely and safe manner
• Properly and efficiently unload cargo/trucks
• Complete Pre/Post Vehicle Inspections daily
• Maintain truck logs according to company policy and Federal/State regulations
• Fuel, wash, and maintain vehicles as needed/required
• Maintain contact with the Warehouse Manager
• Safely and accurately operate warehouse equipment to load, unload, or disperse cargo and materials
• Physically inspect items for damage as needed and/or requested by the customer
• Drive long distances to deliver goods to customers
• Keep commercial driver license up to date
• Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety and security standards

Requirements

• Clean driving record
• Valid Commercial Driver License (Class E)
