About This Role

Operate imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic images, identify normal and abnormal results, and communicate findings to physicians.

Responsibilities

Operate imaging equipment and review images to ensure quality for diagnosis
Identify normal and abnormal imaging results
Communicate a summary of results to physicians/health professionals and alert to urgent problems
Prepare patients for procedures and educate them throughout the ultrasound exam
Review patient medical history and record imaging results in patient records
Coordinate care with various departments within the facility

Requirements

Active ARDMS certification
Associate or Bachelor's degree with coursework in sciences and anatomy
American Heart Association BLS
2 years of recent relevant experience

Qualifications

Associate or Bachelor's degree with coursework in sciences and anatomy
2 years of recent relevant experience
