Serve as a Travel Telemetry Registered Nurse for a 13-week assignment in Tyler, Texas, providing care to adult telemetry patients in a hospital setting. This role involves working 36 hours per week in day shifts and requires prior telemetry and Epic charting experience.
Responsibilities
- Care for adult telemetry patients in a 36-bed unit with 1:6 patient ratios
- Work three 12-hour day shifts per week, from 7:00 to 19:00
- Float to units of equal acuity as required
- Complete orientation modules onsite
- Utilize Epic EMR for charting
Requirements
- Active TX or compact RN license
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience
- Previous travel nursing experience
- Experience with Epic charting
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of RN experience and previous travel nursing experience
Nice to Have
- Trauma Level I experience
