About This Role

Deliver specialized care to telemetry patients in an acute and subacute setting, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to monitor conditions, administer treatments, and advocate for positive patient experiences.

Responsibilities

Deliver specialized care to patients across a variety of acute and subacute units
Work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and compassionate care
Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments and document outcomes
Advocate for the best possible patient experience while supporting recovery, safety, and continuity of care

Requirements

2 years of experience as a RN
2 years of experience in Telemetry
Valid RN license
Willingness to obtain New Hampshire licensure

Qualifications

2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years in Telemetry
