Help patients in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) regain independence and quality of life by developing and implementing speech therapy treatment plans for swallowing, speaking, and understanding.
Responsibilities
- Review medical histories
- Develop and implement speech therapy treatment plans
- Recommend equipment
- Monitor patient progress
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a speech language pathologist in a skilled nursing facility
- Degree in relevant field
- BLS Certification (AHA)
- Current state license
