About This Role

Manage the care of patients before, during, and after surgery within the operating suite, including preparing the patient and equipment, monitoring patient status, and assisting with surgeries.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the care of patients before, during, and after surgery
  • Prepare the patient for surgery
  • Prepare operating instruments and equipment
  • Monitor patient status during surgery
  • Assist surgeries as necessary
  • Provide pre- and post-op education to patients and their families

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in OR - Operating Room specialty
  • Active RN license

Qualifications

  • At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
