Manage the care of patients before, during, and after surgery within the operating suite, including preparing the patient and equipment, monitoring patient status, and assisting with surgeries.
Responsibilities
- Manage the care of patients before, during, and after surgery
- Prepare the patient for surgery
- Prepare operating instruments and equipment
- Monitor patient status during surgery
- Assist surgeries as necessary
- Provide pre- and post-op education to patients and their families
Requirements
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in OR - Operating Room specialty
- Active RN license
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
