Join HealthTrust Workforce Solutions as a Travel Nurse RN specializing in Labor and Delivery in Overland Park, Kansas, for a 13-week assignment. Provide exceptional care to patients in LDRP, C-section suites, and triage beds, focusing on individual family birth goals.
Responsibilities
- Provide care to patients in Labor and Delivery, including LDRP, C-section suites, and triage beds
- Maintain patient ratios: 1:1 during active labor/induction/cesarean section, 3:1 postpartum, 2:1 antepartum unless unstable
- Utilize GE Fetal Monitors and Novii II equipment
- Document patient information using CPN – Centricity Perinatal/Meditech systems
- Adhere to scheduling requirements: 0545-1815/1745-0615
- Commit to understanding and learning about each individual family's birth goals
Requirements
- RN license
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- NRP certification
- Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or C-EFM certification
