Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients in Labor and Delivery, including LDRP, C-section suites, and triage beds
• Maintain patient ratios: 1:1 during active labor/induction/cesarean section, 3:1 postpartum, 2:1 antepartum unless unstable
• Utilize GE Fetal Monitors and Novii II equipment
• Document patient information using CPN – Centricity Perinatal/Meditech systems
• Adhere to scheduling requirements: 0545-1815/1745-0615
• Commit to understanding and learning about each individual family's birth goals

Requirements

• RN license
• ACLS certification
• BLS certification
• NRP certification
• Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or C-EFM certification
