About This Role

This travel nurse role specializes in intensive care, monitoring patients with unstable, life-threatening conditions. The RN will assess patient conditions, manage life-support systems, and provide emotional support and education to patients and families.

Responsibilities

Monitor patients with highly unstable, life-threatening conditions
Rapidly assess a patient's condition and intervene with appropriate care
Manage various life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring
Extend emotional support and education to gravely ill patients and their families

Requirements

At least 1 year of recent acute care experience in specialty
Active RN license

Qualifications
