Join American Traveler as a Travel Nurse RN in the ICU, caring for critically ill adult patients on night shifts in Oakland, California.
Responsibilities
- Work in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) with critically ill adult patients
- Perform night shift duties from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, 12-hour shifts
- Provide high acuity nursing care to ICU patients as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Utilize the EPIC EMR system
Requirements
- Active CA RN license at time of consideration
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum one year of recent (within last three years) full-time equivalent ICU experience
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Minimum one year of recent (within last three years) full-time equivalent ICU experience
Nice to Have
- NIH Stroke Scale certification
- CCRN certification
- Dialysis and SLED experience
- Bachelor's degree in nursing or related field
