About This Role

Provide emergency care to patients experiencing various illnesses or trauma within the Emergency Department, focusing on rapid assessment, intervention, and stabilization of life-threatening conditions.

Responsibilities

  • Assess, intervene, and stabilize a variety of trauma and illnesses with decisive action
  • Recognize and effectively treat life-threatening conditions
  • Properly understand triage to prioritize injuries based on medical need
  • Make quick and accurate assessments about incoming patients, including both physical and mental health conditions

Requirements

  • Active RN License
  • Degree from accredited nursing program
  • Eighteen months of recent experience in an Acute Care Emergency Room setting
