Join American Traveler as a Travel RN Med/Surg Telemetry in Clinton, MD, providing comprehensive patient care and monitoring cardiac telemetry. This role requires expertise in EKG rhythm interpretation and night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Work in the Med/Surg Telemetry unit of a hospital in Clinton, MD
• Care for patients requiring med/surg and telemetry monitoring
• Handle night shift schedule with 3x12 hour shifts from 19:00 to 07:30
• Provide comprehensive care to med/surg telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac telemetry and interpret EKG rhythms, including lethal rhythms
• Work every other weekend and cover holidays as scheduled
• Float to other units as required

Requirements

• Active MD or compact RN license
• Current BLS and NIHSS certifications
• Minimum of 2 years of recent Med/Surg Telemetry RN experience
• Pass the Relias EKG Rhythm Interpretation Exam with a minimum overall score of 80% and 100% on lethal rhythms
• Expertise in EKG rhythm interpretation
