Travel LTAC Telemetry Registered Nurse

About This Role

Provide care to patients in an LTAC/Telemetry setting by utilizing the Nursing Process and demonstrating critical thinking skills while maintaining clinical competencies.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the state Nurse Practice Act and Hospital policy and procedures
• Demonstrate critical thinking skills, scientific judgment and leadership in the anticipation and planning for safe delivery of care
• Maintain clinical competencies through continuing education
• Delegate patient care priorities commensurate with the education and experience of the staff available
• Provide direction and supervision of assigned personnel delivering patient care

Requirements

• 2-5 years experience
• ACLS & BLS certifications (American Heart Association)
• Vent/trach experience
• CA RN license

Qualifications

• Two to 5 years experience is required.
