Assist individuals with intellectual disabilities by providing safe and reliable transportation using a company vehicle, contributing to their daily living and community integration.
Responsibilities
- Assist with the transportation of individuals with intellectual disabilities
- Use a company van/vehicle to provide transportation
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- At least 18 years of age
- A valid Driver's License
- At least 6 months of driving experience (as a licensed driver)
- Safe driving record
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to interact effectively with individuals of diverse backgrounds and abilities
- Ability to remain calm, patient, and composed in challenging situations
- Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- No experience necessary; training provided
