This role is responsible for providing expert tire services, including installation, maintenance, and repair, to customers in a fast-paced retail environment. The Tire Technician ensures adherence to high-quality and safety standards while delivering outstanding customer service.
Responsibilities
- Mount, dismount, balance, rotate, and repair tires on customer vehicles
- Ensure all work meets Belle Tire's high-quality and safety standards, including cleaning hubs and wheels for corrosion
- Deliver exceptional customer service by explaining tire options, maintenance needs, and repairs as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
Requirements
- 18 years old
- Valid driver's license
- Attention to detail
- Mechanical aptitude
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Customer-first mindset
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
