Therapeutic Exercise Instructor

About This Role

The Therapeutic Exercise Instructor, known as a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS), works collaboratively with an Airrosti Certified Provider to deliver one-on-one musculoskeletal care for patients, focusing on education, instruction, and support for therapeutic exercise protocols.

Responsibilities

• Educate, instruct, and set up all prescribed therapeutic exercise protocols (self-myofascial release, mobility, strengthening) with patients
• Modify and/or progress exercise protocols based on patient abilities
• Schedule follow-up visits according to the Airrosti Certified Provider's prescription
• Contribute to practice growth and development initiatives
• Perform various practice management tasks and provide overall support for the designated clinic
• Assist with regional growth and coverage needs and other company initiatives

Requirements

• Comfortable and capable of working in a one-on-one, hands-on, active rehab environment

Nice to Have

• Relevant bachelor’s degree
• Previous work experience as a Physiotherapy Technician, Rehab Technician, Chiropractic Assistant, or Personal Trainer
• Strong desire to help others
• Interest in rehabilitation exercises
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
• Outstanding teaching and communication skills
• Drive and ability to learn quickly
