The Therapeutic Exercise Instructor, known as a Certified Recovery Specialist (CRS), works collaboratively with an Airrosti Certified Provider to deliver one-on-one musculoskeletal care for patients, focusing on education, instruction, and support for therapeutic exercise protocols.
Responsibilities
- Educate, instruct, and set up all prescribed therapeutic exercise protocols (self-myofascial release, mobility, strengthening) with patients
- Modify and/or progress exercise protocols based on patient abilities
- Schedule follow-up visits according to the Airrosti Certified Provider's prescription
- Contribute to practice growth and development initiatives
- Perform various practice management tasks and provide overall support for the designated clinic
- Assist with regional growth and coverage needs and other company initiatives
Requirements
- Comfortable and capable of working in a one-on-one, hands-on, active rehab environment
Nice to Have
- Relevant bachelor’s degree
- Previous work experience as a Physiotherapy Technician, Rehab Technician, Chiropractic Assistant, or Personal Trainer
- Strong desire to help others
- Interest in rehabilitation exercises
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
- Outstanding teaching and communication skills
- Drive and ability to learn quickly
