Test Technician II

About This Role

The Test Technician provides support and debug for test processes in manufacturing, troubleshooting operator problems, and communicating issues to engineers.

Responsibilities

• Perform debug and test assemblies to component level, utilizing block diagrams and schematics.
• Perform tester maintenance and upkeep.
• Troubleshoot operator problems, work with leadership on training and process improvements.
• Provide training and ongoing support to Test operators.
• Communicate problems to Test Engineer and/or leader.
• Assist in performing experiments for failure analysis and root cause analysis.
• Recommend additional equipment needs to leadership and/or Test Engineers for product debug areas.
• Participate in Lean, Six Sigma, and Kaizen continuous improvement activities.
• Comply and follow all company security policies and procedures.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience

• Proficient in reading electrical schematics

Qualifications

• 2 year Engineering or Technical degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
• 5+ years of experience
