About This Role

The Territory Sales Engineer will drive sales of LOCTITE & TEROSON brands within the automotive aftermarket, providing innovative solutions to customers through a proactive, consultative approach. This role involves visiting customers both digitally and physically, building relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sustainable growth.

Responsibilities

  • Provide innovative solutions to automotive aftermarket customers using LOCTITE & TEROSON brands.
  • Visit customers, digitally and physically, to solve industry problems with value-added solutions.
  • Offer a proactive and consultative approach to exploring needs and finding innovative solutions for customers.
  • Collaborate with customer service, marketing, engineering, and other functions to deliver excellent customer experience.
  • Own and cultivate customer relationships through account management, including product training and demonstrations.

Requirements

  • Associates degree at a minimum
  • Proven drive and self-motivation with a strong desire to meet and exceed sales goals
  • Outgoing, confident, and professional demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with internal teams
  • High level of accountability and ownership over results and performance
  • Relationship-oriented mindset with a consultative approach to selling
  • Adaptable, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred. Associates degree at a minimum required.

  • Background in automotive aftermarket industry (mechanical or collision)
