Coach youth tennis players aged 5-14, incorporating skill development, education, and character building in a fun and safe environment. This role contributes to TGA Sports' mission of positively impacting kids' lives through sport.
Responsibilities
- Teach kids ages 5-14 the game of tennis
- Incorporate education, character development, and proper etiquette into coaching sessions
- Ensure a fun and safe environment for all participants
- Communicate comfortably with both kids and parents
- Commit to at least one full session (by season)
Requirements
- Available during after school hours (2:30pm and later)
- Reliable source of transportation
- Ability to step out of comfort zone and be a kid
- Passion for working with kids and coaching sports
- Clean background check
- High energy, punctual, passionate, and creative
- Comfortable communicating with kids, as well as parents
- Minimum age of 16 years
Qualifications
- Extensive coaching experience not required, as training is provided.
