Teach the fundamentals of golf to children aged 5-14, fostering skill development, character, teamwork, and sportsmanship. This role involves delivering fun, interactive lessons that incorporate education and safety within school and community programs.
Responsibilities
- Teach the game of golf to children ages 5-14
- Emphasize skill development, character development, teamwork, and proper sportsmanship
- Foster a love for golf through fun, interactive lessons
- Incorporate education and safety into lessons
- Connect with kids and create a fun, safe environment
- Communicate comfortably with children and parents
Requirements
- At least 16 years of age
- Availability during after-school hours (2:30 PM and later)
- Reliable transportation
- Excitement for teaching kids and sharing the game of golf
- Ability to connect with kids and create a fun, safe environment
- High energy, flexible, punctual, and creative
- Comfortable communicating with children and parents
- Willingness to commit to at least one full season
- Pass a clean background check
Qualifications
- No extensive coaching experience required; training provided.
