About This Role

Manage the day-to-day operations of a nursing home, overseeing clinical, HR, and regulatory functions. This role provides temporary support or covers temporary vacancies.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing home
  • Oversee clinical functions
  • Manage HR functions
  • Ensure compliance with training and regulatory requirements
  • Lead change and adjustments within the facility
  • Operate the nursing home in a COVID environment
  • Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Active Oklahoma Nursing Home License
  • Bachelors degree or higher
  • 3-8 years experience as a nursing home administrator
  • Proven track record in leading change and adjustments of a facility under current operating environment of state and federal requirements
  • Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in a COVID environment
