Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the nursing home
- Oversee clinical functions
- Manage HR functions
- Ensure compliance with training and regulatory requirements
- Lead change and adjustments within the facility
- Operate the nursing home in a COVID environment
- Build relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
- Active Oklahoma Nursing Home License
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 3-8 years experience as a nursing home administrator
- Proven track record in leading change and adjustments of a facility under current operating environment of state and federal requirements
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance in a COVID environment
