Teller Retail Banker

About This Role

Serve as a Retail Banker by proactively engaging customers, processing transactions, opening accounts, and performing branch servicing duties to enhance the customer's experience and contribute to the bank's success.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines
• Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with Woodforest Experience training

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience OR an Associate’s degree and 1 year of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience OR a Bachelor’s degree
• Positive and engaging personality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate's degree or Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3 years of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience, or 1 year with an Associate's degree.
