Teller Retail Banker II

About This Role

Serve as a Teller Retail Banker II, engaging with customers to offer beneficial products and services, process transactions, manage accounts, and handle branch servicing duties while contributing to a nationally recognized, employee-owned bank.

Responsibilities

• Achieve individual sales by proactively identifying, marketing, and recommending bank products and services beneficial to customers
• Process transactions, open accounts, and perform account maintenance
• Handle branch servicing duties such as vault balancing, cash ordering, and maintenance of automated teller machines
• Employ problem-solving skills to address customer inquiries and/or concerns in a manner consistent with Woodforest Experience training

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience (or equivalent education/experience combination)
• Positive and engaging personality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required. Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of relevant and transferable sales and/or customer service experience, or an Associate’s degree and 1 year of experience, or a Bachelor’s degree.
