Telephone Recruiter

About This Role

This position is responsible for conducting daily telephone recruitment of past and potential blood donors to secure appointments for fixed sites, directly contributing to the achievement of individual, department, and company blood collection goals.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily telephone recruitment of past and potential blood donors
• Achieve individual, department, and company blood collection goals through efficient donor scheduling
• Provide donor customer service, answering questions and inquiries, and educating donors on eligibility criteria
• Maintain accurate and updated donor data and ensure correct documentation in accordance with standard operating procedures
• Market company-sponsored events like giveaways, raffles, and blood drives to donors
• Participate in department incentive programs

Requirements

• High School diploma or general equivalency
• Ability to deal effectively with a wide variety of people
• Prior sales phone experience with above average close rates
• On time and dependable, committed and willing to work flexible hours including weekends
• Goal-oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, good listener, well organized
• Ability to work independently
• Basic computer skills

Qualifications

• High School diploma or general equivalency
• Prior sales phone experience with above average close rates is required. Experience in a call center environment is ideal.
