This role involves actively contributing to and continuously improving health, safety, environment, and quality of working life practices within a recognized logistics company in the agri-food sector. The Assistant HSE will work closely with field teams, reporting to the HSE Manager.
Responsibilities
- Participate in the operational implementation of the site's QHSE policy
- Monitor and analyze HSE indicators, and feed into action plans
- Organize and prepare internal/external audits
- Manage HSE documentation and conduct regulatory watch
- Select, test, and monitor PPE used by teams
- Conduct or support ergonomic studies and actions to improve workstations
- Educate personnel on good practices via briefs, training, and animations
- Ensure follow-up of ICPE files in liaison with relevant departments
Requirements
- Bac +3 in QHSE / HSE / SSE or equivalent
Qualifications
- Bac +3 oriented QHSE / HSE / SSE or equivalent
- Ideally experienced in the agri-food sector
