The Technical Program Manager ensures initiatives align with business objectives, delivering value by guiding cross-functional teams, managing risks, and improving the development lifecycle. This role acts as a servant leader, facilitating communication and driving continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business partners and technical teams to design and maintain project plans, aligning program goals with business strategies and prioritizing deliverables.
• Oversee daily program operations, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Identify and mitigate risks, manage scope changes, and control budgets.
• Ensure clear, consistent communication with teams and stakeholders on status, risks, and changes.
• Promote Agile best practices, coach teams in methodologies, and facilitate lessons-learned sessions to drive ongoing improvements.
• Foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture, supporting growth and encouraging ownership.
• Oversee project handoff to operations and ensure support processes are in place for sustained value delivery.
• Lead change initiatives to adapt programs to evolving priorities and goals.
• Track and report on key performance indicators to measure success and drive improvements.
