About This Role

Serve as a Team Coordinator, primarily responsible for the merchandising of specific departments and driving sales within those areas. Provide excellent customer service and assist with store operations.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Handle store opening and closing responsibilities
  • Perform merchandising functions within the store
  • Execute operational functions within the store
  • Carry out administrative functions within the store
  • Lead the store in sales for merchandising areas

Requirements

  • Previous retail supervisory experience
  • Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics product knowledge
  • Desire and demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • Previous retail supervisory experience required
