About This Role

Serve as a Key Team Leader for Dunham's Sports, responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing store opening and closing procedures, and overseeing merchandising and operational functions.

Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Perform store opening and closing responsibilities
  • Handle merchandising functions within the store
  • Oversee operational functions within the store
  • Manage administrative functions within the store
  • Lead part of the leadership team

Requirements

  • Previous retail supervisory experience
  • Field & Stream, Apparel, Footwear, Exercise, or General Athletics product knowledge
  • Demonstrated ability to provide excellent customer service

Qualifications

  • Previous retail supervisory experience required
