About This Role

This role involves participating in the design, training, and optimization of large language models (LLM), researching and implementing cutting-edge deep learning algorithms to enhance model performance and efficiency, and maintaining existing LLM architectures to solve practical application problems.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the design, training, and optimization of large language models (LLM)
• Research and implement latest deep learning algorithms to enhance model performance and efficiency
• Maintain and improve existing large model architectures and solve practical application problems
• Design and optimize prompts to improve model performance in specific tasks
• Research the latest advancements in prompt engineering and apply them to actual projects
• Develop and maintain prompt generation and management tools
• Participate in data collection, cleaning, labeling, and management to ensure data quality
• Design and implement efficient data processing pipelines to support large-scale data storage and computing
• Collaborate with the data science team to provide data support and technical solutions
• Participate in the research, design, and implementation of algorithms to solve practical business problems
• Conduct algorithm performance evaluation and optimization to ensure efficiency and stability
• Write technical documents and research reports, sharing research results and experience

Requirements

• Full-time Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics or related fields, fresh graduates
• Familiarity with common machine learning and deep learning algorithms, with solid theoretical foundation
• Proficiency in Python or other programming languages, with good programming skills
• Understanding of TensorFlow, PyTorch and other deep learning frameworks' usage and principles
• Ability to process and analyze data, familiar with common data processing tools and technologies
• Strong curiosity for new technologies and knowledge, quick learning and adaptation ability
• Ability to think independently and solve problems, good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Good communication skills and team spirit, capable of closely collaborating with team members
• Good time management skills, able to complete tasks under pressure
• Fluent English for technical interviews

Qualifications

• Master's degree or above in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, Mathematics or related fields
• Entry-level, fresh graduates. Relevant internship or project experience preferred.
